Before You Book
- First appointments: Please select ‘First Appointment’ if you’re new or it’s been more than 10 months since your last visit. This gives us a little extra time to discuss your needs.
- Appointment availability: My calendar is often booked several months ahead. You’re welcome to join the waitlist, and I’ll contact you when a suitable appointment becomes available.
- Health fund rebates: Remedial massage and Remedial Lymphatic Drainage are claimable with most health funds. Gift vouchers are not claimable.
- Hot stones: Please let me know if you prefer no heat. Hot stones can be left out if you prefer, or if heat isn’t suitable for you.
Remedial Hot Stone Massage
Remedial massage combined with hot stones and a range of techniques to suit your needs. Treatment may include Fascial Counterstrain, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, lymphatic techniques and scar tissue work. Pressure and heat are adjusted to your comfort, and hot stones can be left out if preferred or unsuitable.
Each treatment is discussed with you and tailored to your needs.
